One of our most recent projects was reworking a blank store space into a brand new Kay Jewelers at a local mall in Atlanta, GA. While we have done mall projects before, they always present a unique challenge due to their location in a larger space. To ensure timely completion, Buildrite worked closely with the owner to arrange deliveries and coordinate construction while the mall surrounding the store remained open for business. Additionally, Buildrite had to ensure that the noise caused by the construction work did not exceed a certain level, or it would disturb mall patrons. We also had to adhere to even stricter cleanliness to keep the area clean so that people could still enjoy shopping at the mall while we worked on the project.
We completed the project, keeping these challenges in mind and in eight weeks we had transformed the blank space into a great jewelry store.
