Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the full administrative support of one or more of our Professional Degree Project Managers with projects ongoing nationwide
  • Contract/job initial set-up
  • Permitting, licensing, sub-contractor set-up and compliance
  • Progress owner billings
  • Progress sub-contractor payments
  • Material purchasing
  • Other job payables and coordinate travel and lodging for field team

Required Skills

  • Minimum 3-5 years of project coordinator experience or high volume/high transaction complex administrative
  • Demonstrated high competency with fully integrated ERP system
  • Microsoft Office Proficiency (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Excellent communication and time-management skills
  • Ability to multi-task and juggle many competing priorities simultaneously

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and understand plans, work scope and specifications of potential jobs
  • Perform takeoffs
  • Price up job as a control against which to evaluate sub-contractor bids
  • Identify and qualify sub-contractors
  • Solicit, collect, evaluate and select bids from sub-contractors
  • Assemble the job guarding against scope or specification gaps
  • Development and maintenance of client/customer relationships
  • Assist Project Manager in management of projects from initial client/customer contact and proposal phases, hand-off to the field superintendents and foremen, through accounting close
  • Developing/tracking project budgets to include all costs for labor, materials, and subcontractors

We are seeking a self performing, professional, and punctual Construction Sub Crew or Superintendent to be on the job site daily from start to finish. These projects require the ability to multitask, strong organizational and communication skills, and to cover more than one project site.

We are seeking a highly motivated, disciplined, and organized Assistant Project Manager to help manage the expanding retail/office interior projects side of our company. These projects are fast-paced and require strong organization and time management skills. Long term growth potential with a fast growing company – working with existing clients and expanding territories.

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with a senior Project Manager
  • Communicate effectively and positively with clients
  • Interior Build-outs including occupied build-outs
  • Travel roughly 15 days per year
  • Do anything needed to successfully complete the project per the client/firm’s need and time line
  • Manage projects in multiple states using email, phone, and internet

Required Skills
