Completed in September of 2008 the Chef Office was extremely detailed and started with the demolishing of concrete block walls to expand the office space which included the reworking of the quarry kitchen tile. The design build of the chef office included custom built cabinetry with granite counter tops and wine rack, slate flooring, specialty texture paint, wall of window, specialty lighting, redesign and increased HVAC, wiring and installation of LCD monitor/TV, installation of wine chillers, dust control in 24/7 kitchen environment, trey ceiling, and insulation to reduce heat from the cooking line. |
